Strength & Conditioning Classes

Classes are run out of Pure Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, located at 6017 N Northwest Hwy, Chicago, IL 60631. These classes are focused on enhancing physical fitness, strength, and overall conditioning.

Adult Class Schedule:

  • Monday/Wednesday: 4:30pm-5:30pm, 5:30pm-6:30pm

  • Tuesday/Thursday: 6:00am-7:00am, 4:30pm-5:30pm

  • Friday: 5:00pm-6:00pm

  • Saturday: 10:00am-11:00am

Youth Class Schedule:

  • Tuesday/Thursday: 6:30pm-7:30pm
