Hi everyone! My name is Matt Miles, and I'm thrilled to introduce Miles Strength and Nutrition. Based on the Northwest side of Chicago, I'm dedicated to creating effective, sustainable nutrition plans and strength programs that build from the core. I offer in-person training to help kids, adults, and athletic teams reach their goals. Currently, I'm the strength and conditioning coach at Pure Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, where I instruct both kids and adult classes. Additionally, I provide online and in-person coaching and consulting to develop custom strength and nutrition programs for youth athletes and adults, no matter their location, experience, or skill level. I can't wait to work with you and your kids to improve functional strength, athletic performance, and nutrition habits. Let's do this right, work hard, and enjoy the process together!
